West Kentucky Chiropractic and Performance offers manipulative treatment (adjustments), Cox flexion distraction, Thompson table assisted drop, manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue, and other techniques to promote healing and improve bio-mechanics. We also offer Dry needling, Integrative dry needling (similar to acupuncture), Neuromuscular re-education, vestibular rehabilitation, treatment and rehab for sports injuries.
